Making homemade Pizzas today for our Dinner today reminded me just how much Mum      taught me to cook. I was about 11 years old when i was doing a full roast dinner. Growing  up mum always baked on Saturdays, alternating from ‘Pastry’ to ‘Cakes’ - we were never short of Something homemade and yummy in the house, Dad especially loved it all.

I remember Watching ‘dukes of hazard’ or ‘Wurzel Gummidge’ and mum would lay tea out   in the front room with homemade warm bread rolls and homemade jam and of course       homemade cakes. Realise just how lucky i was to have a very talented, loving and caring   Mum. 

I may not be the best cook or baker but I know that what I can do, is all thanks to my         Amazing Mum. Xxx
